By using HandySlip you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.
The app
HandySlip helps you prepare estimates and invoices, keep track of payments and export a yearly summary. It is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but you are responsible for checking every document before you send it, including prices, quantities, taxes and totals.
Your business
You are responsible for your work, your prices, the taxes you charge and pay, and any licenses your work requires. Year-end exports are a convenience, not tax advice; check them with a tax professional.
HandySlip Pro
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time "lifetime" purchase, through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- The free plan includes 3 new estimates per calendar month.
Your data
Your data stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep backups: if your phone is lost and you have no backup, we cannot recover your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kulik Trade Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HandySlip in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
