I got a new phone. How do I move my data?

On the old phone: Settings → Backup → Save backup file, and put it in iCloud Drive, Google Drive or your email. On the new phone: Settings → Backup → Restore from file. A backup made on iPhone restores on Android and the other way around.

I paid for Pro but the app says Free.

Open Settings → HandySlip Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Which languages does voice input understand?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian and Turkish, when your phone's speech recognition supports the language (iPhone does not support Bulgarian). You can add your own words for any service in Services → service → Words for voice input.

Does my data go to your servers?

No. HandySlip has no servers. See the Privacy Policy.
