The app didn't read my card correctly

Take the photo in good light, fill the frame with the card or sign, and hold the phone steady. You can fix any field on the review screen before saving.

Where are my contacts saved?

In the Contacts app on your iPhone. On iCloud and "On My iPhone" accounts they are also added to groups such as "SnapContact · Health". Gmail and Exchange accounts don't support groups; the contact is still saved.

I don't see the logo

Logos come only from the business's own website. If there is no website on the photo, or the site has no suitable icon, SnapContact creates a picture with a fitting icon instead. You can also turn logos off in Settings.

Does SnapContact upload my photos?

No. Text recognition happens on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for the two optional online lookups.

How do I add SnapContact to the Action Button or Control Center?

Action Button: Settings › Action Button › Controls (or Shortcut) › SnapContact. Control Center: open it, tap +, then Add a Control and search for SnapContact. You can also add the widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen.

How do I restore or cancel my purchase?

Restore: SnapContact › Settings › Restore Purchases. Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › SnapContact Pro, at least 24 hours before it renews.
